The 22-23 Leadership Network series seeks to develop the capacity of leaders to cultivate and sustain systems-based, data-driven organizations that provide an equitable education to each student. The Statewide Field Team will support participants to dig deeper into the Wallace Foundation research around effective leader actions. In particular, we will focus on how to bring an equity lens to all of our work. In this series, we will develop the capacity of leaders to advocate for equity in school by ensuring access and intentionality of instruction and support for each student. Leaders will have the opportunity to reflect on how they are implementing systems and policies that advance equitable outcomes, as well as network with colleagues from across the state to learn from one another.
