Impactful Leadership is a learning experience that is designed and delivered to support our district and school leaders in developing and building the skills needed to grow the four leadership behaviors referenced in the Wallace Foundation Report: How Principals Affect Students and Schools:

• Building a Productive Climate 

• Engaging in Instructionally Focused Interactions with Teachers

• Facilitating Collaboration and Professional Learning Communities

• Managing Personnel and Resources Strategically

Participants will have an opportunity to learn, consider application, and collaborate and network with other leaders across the state.
