Due to the staffing challenges our districts are facing, we are adding a Leadership Network session focused on Talent Management. In this two-hour session, we will explore best practices and tools for district decision-making in the short term to strategically assign staff based on staff competencies and student needs. We will also consider possibilities for growing the talent management system for the future. Some of our districts will also share insights gained from their innovative recruiting/hiring experiences.
