Implementation and Continuous Improvement

Within The Implementation Support Practitioner Profile, we are invited to facilitate codesign by including leaders, practitioners, and people with lived experience. This begs the question: who is at the table to begin our work? We are also reminded that in colearning, it is all about immersing ourselves in the local context in order to truly understand what is most needed at every turn. “Implementation support practitioners actively seek to learn about the culture, history, and current priorities in the local context in order to assess the most feasible and relevant uses of implementation science.”
